Paris Texas is a new concept in food that offers the fusion of traditional American South West favourites with the sophistication of the New Orleans French Quarter After many visits to the southern states of Georgia, the Carolinas and Louisiana we were convinced that there was something special in the food that Irish people would love as much as we did.
